🎓 Guide to Registering and Writing Online Examinations on FULafia E-Learning Hub

The Federal University of Lafia has implemented an online examination system to enhance accessibility and efficiency. Follow the steps below to register and take your exams successfully.

📝 Step 1: Register and Gain Access to the FULafia E-Learning Hub

To participate in the online examination, you must first register on the E-Learning Hub. Only verified students will be granted access.

📌 Click here to register (Ignore this step if you already have access). Once you have registered and have been granted access to the e-learning Hub, you can proceed to step 2 below.

🔑 Step 2: Create Your Login Credentials for the Exam Platform

You need to set up your login credentials for the online exam platform. Study the guidelines below till the end and click on the link at the end of the page to register for the online examination.

📝 Registration and Examination Guidelines:

Password Requirements:

Your password must meet the following criteria:
✅ At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
✅ At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
✅ At least one numeric digit (0-9)
✅ At least one special character (@, $, #, !, &, ^)
✅ Length: 8 to 20 characters

Example of a Valid Password:

✔ @Amos2025

@ → Special character
A → Uppercase letter
mos → Lowercase letters
2025 → Numeric digits
Total length: 9 characters (within the required range of 8 to 20)

✔ Another example: #Joseph99&

# → Special character
J → Uppercase letter
oseph → Lowercase letters
99 → Numeric digits
& → Special character
Total length: 10 characters

🚫 Invalid Passwords:
❌ amos2025 → (No uppercase letter, no special character)
❌ AMOS@2025 → (No lowercase letter)
❌ Amos202 → (Too short—must be at least 8 characters)

⚠️ Important Notice:

❌ Do not attempt to create more than one account using different emails. The system will detect you with your Matric Number and block all your accounts.

📂 Step 3: Log In to Your Exam Dashboard

1️⃣ Go to the exam dashboard.
2️⃣ Click on “Upcoming Exams” to view your scheduled exams.

▶ Step 4: Start Your Exam

1️⃣ Click on the “Take Exam” button.
2️⃣ Follow the instructions carefully and adhere to the exam rules.

⚠️ Important Exam Rules and Guidelines

🛑 Prohibited Actions (Can Lead to Exam Termination)
🚫 Exiting full-screen mode
🚫 Minimizing the exam window
🚫 Copying/Pasting any content
🚫 Opening other tabs or applications
🚫 Taking screenshots or capturing the screen
🚫 Talking or making noise (your voice is recorded)

📌 Other Key Requirements:
✅ Ensure the room has proper lighting
✅ Your camera must be facing you at all times
✅ Remain seated throughout the exam
✅ No one else should see your screen
✅ Put your phone on “Do Not Disturb” mode to prevent network disruptions

🚨 Failure to comply with these rules may result in automatic exam termination.
