🔑 Step 1:  Register on the Platform 

The first step is to register as a course lecturer at the beginning of every semester, indicating your staff number and courses allocated to you for the semester. 

Ensure you provide a valid email address during registration, which will be used for virtual interactions.

🔑 Step 2Check your mail box for your dedicated virtual interaction link 

After successful registration, the Admin will send a Virtual Interaction link to your email. 

You will make use of this link for all your interactions with students at all times. 

You will also use this link for lecture video recordings.

🔑 Step 3Visit the Staff/Student Online Groups

We have created online groups for ease of communication and announcements.

The essence of these groups is to ensure 24/7 communication between staff and students

🎥 How to Hold Live Interaction 

There are 2 ways to announce your virtual lecture schedule to your students:

Method 1: Announce directly from your email.

1.       Copy your dedicated virtual interaction link

2.       Send a mail directly to the following email addresses for the students group;

The example below is an announcement to the demo group. Once you send this composed email, all students of in that category receives the announcement.
