Step 1: Register on the E-learning Hub

After payment of school fees and other charges, students are expected to register at the beginning of every semester to be granted access to the platform. Ensure you provide a valid email address during registration, which will be used for virtual interactions. Access will be granted within 24 hours after registration.

Step 2: Join our Online Groups and Classroom

We have created online groups for ease of communication and announcements.

🟢There are groups for various Faculties

🟢There are also Google Classroom for all courses

The essence of these groups is to ensure 24/7 communication between staff and students

Step 3: Instantly Begin to Access Lecture Videos/Notes

As a student of FULafia, you have 24/7 access to recorded lecture videos delivered by course lecturers for various courses. There is a dedicated course centre were lecture videos and materials are uploaded for students. There is also a Google Classroom dedicated to each course.

Step 4: Attend Online Live Lectures

The University Management has provided a dedicated online interaction link for every lecturer. Online lectures are scheduled and announced in the student groups, indicating the time for the lecture and the link to join the lecture. Ensure to join early. Students are advised to check their emails and groups constantly in order not to miss important announcements.

Step 5: Constantly Interact with Your Lecturers

Students are encouraged to ask questions during live interactions. However, if students still have areas that require further clarification after the live class or after watching recorded videos, such students can ask questions anytime by responding to the thread in the Group or Google Classroom. Follow the details below for guidance.

Step 6: Take Advantage of our E-Library

There is no boundary to your research journey as the University has provided online e-library on the E-learning Hub. The e-library is accessible to only staff and students of the University. Follow the guide below to access the services.

Step 7: Write Online Continuous Assessment and Examinations

The Management of Federal University of Lafia has deployed an AI powered online examination platform that enables students to write continuous assessment and examinations from the comfort of their homes without compromising the integrity and quality of the assessments.
